丝印氧化铝油墨
1、 適用材質：金屬、電鍍、氧化鋁、電解板、鋁塑板、噴（烤）漆、噴塑、PA塑料尼龍、電木、玻璃鋼、密胺等。
2、 產品特性：半光、免烘烤、耐酒精、耐沖壓。
3、 稀釋劑：本公司B-03稀釋劑或783慢幹稀釋劑。
4、 固化劑：本產品為單組份油墨，如有特殊要求也可選擇添加固化劑增加附著力及墨層抗性。
5、 油墨調配：充份攪拌後取所需用量進行調配使用，雙組份油墨先按比例添加固化劑攪拌均勻，然後再添加稀釋劑稀釋到合適粘度進行印刷；添加固化劑後的油墨超過使用時限會產生粘稠膠化現象，請及時清洗網版，並棄用油墨，不可回收。
6、 網版及刮膠：適合80T-140T（200目-350目）聚脂網紗，聚氨脂PU油性刮膠。
7、 幹燥條件及時間：本產品可以常溫幹燥，也可以烘烤快速幹燥，建議幹燥溫度及時間為25℃/24小時，60℃/40分鐘，80℃/30分鐘，100℃/20分鐘。Screen printing ink

6, screen and frictioning: for 80T-140T (200 -350 mesh) polyester mesh, polyurethane PU oily frictioning.
7, drying conditions and time: the product can be dry at room temperature, can also be baked fast drying, rec o mmended drying temperature and time of 25 /24 hours, 60 /40 minutes, 80 degrees /30 minutes, 100 degrees /20 minutes.
